Bhavnagar University (MKBU) students can apply online for the Provisional Eligibility Certificate and Migration Certificate through the University’s Official Portal. A migration certificate and PEC Certificate are Compulsory for admission to M.K. Bhavnagar University and other Universities.
When the student is admitted to another university from Bhavnagar University, a migration certificate is required.
Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) and Migration Application Form:
Students can apply for the PEC and the Migration Application Form for all course types. Students can upload original mark sheets, scanned copies, and other documents in PDF format.
Suppose a student is admitted to Bhavnagar University (BU) from a university other than the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board. In that case, he must apply to Bhavnagar University with a provisional Eligibility certificate.
