Bhavnagar University (MKBU) students apply for the Provisional Eligibility Certificate and Migration online at the University’s Official Portal. A migration certificate and PEC Certificate are Compulsory for admission to M.K. Bhavnagar University and other Universities.
When the student is admitted to another university from Bhavnagar University, a migration certificate is required.
Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) and Migration Application Form:
Students can apply for the PEC and the Migration Application form for all types of courses. Students can upload original mark sheets, scanned copies, and other documents in PDF format.
Suppose a student is admitted to Bhavnagar University (BU) from a university other than the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board. In that case, he must apply to Bhavnagar University with a provisional Eligibility certificate.
